📋 Description

• Serve as the regional design authority for customer solutions delivered by the Professional Services organization • Own and govern low-level technical designs from post-sale through UAT and handover • Ensure adherence to approved architectures, best practices, and contractual compliance • Partner with pre-sales, functional architects, and business analysts to guide discovery • Assess customer needs and advocate for recommended solutions aligned with functional and security requirements • Provide technical guidance to regional Professional Services teams across data discovery, ingestion, IDP, AI/ML automation, workflow orchestration, and integration • Collaborate with global enterprise architecture and the PS Technology Office to develop standard reference architectures • Manage architectural risks and escalate non-standard use cases

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record designing and delivering digital and information management solutions • Specialist-level knowledge in IDP, ECM, workflow orchestration, AI/LLMs, and cloud platforms • Hands-on technical proficiency in Python, Java, .NET/C#, REST, and JavaScript • Strong architectural skills across APIs and data extraction frameworks • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to engage senior technical audiences • Ability to resolve complex implementation issues • Ability to influence matrixed teams • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field • Advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience
