📋 Description

• Lead the global Strategic Deals team • Own the development of high-quality proposals • Establish streamlined intake and reporting workflows • Oversee formal proposal, Request for Information, and Request for Proposal responses • Ensure polished, consistent, and professional client-facing materials • Project-manage complex, high-value deals • Define timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and mitigate risks • Partner with sales teams to build tailored client presentations • Develop content best practices and optimize sales support mechanisms to maximize win rates

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as sales support, proposal management, or strategic deal execution • Direct people-management experience • Strong knowledge of Information Technology Asset Lifecycle Management services, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and end-of-life asset disposition • Exceptional competency in cross-functional stakeholder management • Proven proficiency in advanced presentation design and content creation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
