📋 Description

• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for industrial refrigeration projects • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing • Coordinate purchasing activities with engineering, project management, and field operations teams • Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites • Monitor inventory levels and assist with forecasting material needs • Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience • Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing supplier relationships • Strong understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain management • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Proficiency with procurement software or ERP systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
