📋 Description

• Serve as the internal hub for Engineering, Sales, and Marketing activities supporting critical technology alliances • Synchronize technical integrations, go-to-market campaigns, and sales motions • Track joint PRs, product milestones, sales incentives, and other workstreams to ensure deadlines are met • Translate partner requirements into actionable insights for company leadership • Own the co-sell motion, including pipeline sharing, lead registration, and joint account planning • Support Sales with navigation and resources for winning within the partner ecosystem • Optimize MinIO’s marketplace presence and participation in flagship partner events • Own leadership-level relationships with MinIO and partner C-suite stakeholders • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with data-driven revenue, co-sell, and technical milestone insights • Prepare leadership for high-stakes meetings with state-of-the-union reports and strategic talk tracks

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a high-growth tech environment, specifically in Partnerships, Co-Sell Management, or Strategic Sales • Direct sales experience and ability to help sales representatives navigate complex partner ecosystems • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-layered organizations and deliver through influence rather than direct authority • Strong project management ability across engineering and marketing workstreams • Experience working directly with or at a hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP) or major AI infrastructure provider • Background blending business strategy with an operational, execution-focused mindset • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a high-speed startup environment where roles and technical requirements evolve quickly
