• Develop the Sales Training and Education strategy. • Set up, prepare for, and facilitate assigned sales courses. • Ensure all sales colleagues are trained to the highest standards. • Assist Supervisors/Managers with the transition of new recruits. • Coach sales managers on sales processes. • Consult with regional sales leaders and corporate sales training team. • Deliver classroom, e-learning, and blended training in the region. • Interpret sales skills assessments and participate in follow up activities. • Enable knowledge sharing and cooperation between sales enablement and internal teams.
• Bachelors Degree in relevant field, preferred. • 7+ years of relevant experience including 5+ Years of Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets • 2-3 Years Sales Management experience • 3+ Years as a dedicated Sales Trainer is desirable. • Strong WebEx skills (Training Center, Meeting Center). • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, namely PowerPoint. • Excellent verbal and written skills in English; additional language skills are desirable. • Excellent facilitation skills, both virtual and face-to-face. • Good knowledge of business and sales leadership practices. • Good project management skills to ensure timely completion of committed projects and deliverables.
