📋 Description

• Proactively call and engage existing agency clients to identify life insurance opportunities • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and client follow-ups each day • Review existing client relationships to identify households and business clients with potential life insurance needs • Conduct life insurance needs assessments and recommend appropriate solutions • Quote, present, and close life insurance policies • Consistently follow up with prospects throughout the sales process • Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities and upcoming follow-ups • Document client conversations and sales activity within agency systems • Work collaboratively with Personal Lines and Commercial teams to identify life insurance opportunities • Meet or exceed established monthly production and activity goals • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on life insurance products and underwriting requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current Life Insurance license • Previous life insurance sales experience • Strong understanding of life insurance products and the life insurance sales process • Comfortable making a significant volume of outbound calls every day • Strong phone, communication, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills • Confident asking for the sale and moving opportunities to a close • Highly organized with disciplined follow-up habits • Self-motivated and able to manage a sales pipeline independently • Results-oriented and motivated by financial incentives and uncapped earning potential
