📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of major features and projects within the Integrations Platform. • Drive the evolution of the integration authoring experience. • Champion reliability, scalability, and observability practices. • Build developer tooling, packages, and libraries to reduce friction. • Partner with product, platform, and customer success teams to translate customer needs. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship. • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning workflow orchestration and service scaling. • Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies and frameworks for integration authoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant time designing and scaling distributed systems, developer platforms, or integrations frameworks. • Demonstrated experience owning the architecture of significant features or subsystems end-to-end. • Strong coding ability across backend services, SDKs, developer tooling, and agent-based systems. • Experience working on edge platforms — Windows especially, plus Linux and macOS. • Experience working with multiple orchestration models for distributed systems. • Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development or agentic workflow systems. • Strong grounding in system reliability, security, and performance optimization. • A track record of technical leadership and mentorship. • Excellent communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident living within the United States.
