📋 Description

• Identify, prospect and engage online casino operators and other relevant potential partners • Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activity, networking, referrals and industry events • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including Commercial Directors, Casino Managers, Product Managers and C-Level executives • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through presentations, negotiations and contract signature • Conduct product demonstrations and commercial presentations to prospective clients • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting through the CRM system • Represent the company at international industry exhibitions, conferences and networking events • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and new commercial opportunities • Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets • Depending on seniority, contribute to wider commercial strategy and potentially manage and develop direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Strong previous sales or business development experience within the iGaming industry, from a Game Provider or Aggregator perspective • Proven track record of selling products or services to online casino operators • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, open doors, develop opportunities and close commercial agreements • A strong existing network of contacts within the online casino sector would be considered a significant advantage • Commercially driven and comfortable with new business generation and revenue growth as primary measures of success • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills • Highly motivated, proactive and target-driven • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the entire sales process • Previous people-management experience may be relevant for Head of Sales level but is not essential overall • Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, conferences and industry events • Fluent English, both written and spoken • Knowledge of Russian language is considered a strong advantage
