📋 Description

• Define what excellent B2B sales work looks like for AI-system evaluation projects • Design task-specific grading criteria for prospecting sequences, outreach emails, discovery and demo call plans, account and territory plans, proposals, mutual action plans, and forecast and pipeline reviews • Score AI-generated and human work samples against defined criteria • Provide detailed written justifications for every score • Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment so scores are reproducible and defensible • Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers • Iterate quickly on evaluation work • Submit a resume or relevant professional background • Complete a brief assessment or provide additional information if requested

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional B2B sales experience, including quota-carrying roles • Background as an Account Executive or Sales Development Representative selling into large enterprises • Deep fluency in outbound prospecting and sequencing • Experience with discovery and qualification • Experience with multi-stakeholder deal management • Experience with pipeline hygiene and forecasting • Knowledge of structured sales methodologies • Exceptionally strong written communication • Ability to explain why work would or would not appeal to a real buyer • Detail-oriented and consistent • Comfortable having judgment reviewed and calibrated against peers • Prior AI training, evaluation, or human-data project experience is a strong plus • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
