📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day coordination across AUKUS program activities, serving as the central driver of continuity, clarity, and timely task execution • Track actions, deliverables, milestones, and decisions, ensuring aligned timelines, transparent progress visibility, and early identification of gaps or delays • Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including action logs, working artifacts, stakeholder inputs, and historical records • Prepare and deliver routine updates, reports, and readouts synthesizing status, key issues, and risks for leadership • Coordinate communication, meeting preparation, and follow-ups across internal teams and external stakeholders, including Australian suppliers • Support efficient communication flow across multinational and cross-functional teams • Take on expanded responsibilities supporting development toward advanced roles in Project Management, Integration, or other mission areas • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business, STEM, International Affairs, or a related field • At least 8 years of experience in program coordination, program management support, or similar roles • PMP Certification • Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, track deliverables, and support fast-moving, multi-stakeholder initiatives • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and support leadership with clear, well-structured reporting • Must be eligible for a Secret clearance • Preferred: Experience supporting contracting, government acquisition, defense programs, or multinational program environments • Preferred: Familiarity with Security Assistance/Security Cooperation, preferably specific to AUKUS-related activities • Preferred: Experience coordinating across engineering, supply chain, logistics, or other technical teams • U.S. Citizenship is required for most positions • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
