📋 Description

• Drive multiple legal and privacy risk assessments to approval in parallel against fixed launch dates, prioritizing true launch blockers • Scope assessments with Legal and Privacy partners and re-scope as needed to protect critical-path timelines • Gather, validate, and submit required evidence and documentation with engineering and data partners • Coordinate contract and third-party agreement documentation with contract and vendor-management owners • Manage assessment intake, review, and remediation cycles end to end • Publish recurring leadership status updates covering status, owner, next step, and timeline risk • Escalate blockers and timeline risk to leadership with a recommended path forward • Convene technical teams and subject-matter experts to close requirement gaps and identify reviewers and process owners • Track process inefficiencies, tooling friction, and permission gaps and propose operational improvements • Maintain documentation of approval scope, coverage, and decisions for reuse in future launches • Attend internal practice community meetings and collaborate on industry thought leadership • Complete client case studies and learning material • Contribute material to the Digital Transformation practice • Attend internal networking events • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience • Experience managing parallel legal, privacy, or compliance approvals against fixed launch dates • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Evidence-gathering and documentation discipline across legal, engineering, and business partners • Experience navigating a large matrixed organization to find and mobilize the right SMEs and points of contact • Crisp written status reporting and blocker escalation to senior stakeholders • Ability to onboard quickly and independently to unfamiliar internal tooling and review workflows • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree required • Direct W2 candidate; sponsorship is unavailable
