📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects and assigned workstreams • Oversee project scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, quality, and deliverables • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, deadlines, milestones, priorities, and task assignments • Assign responsibilities, coordinate cross-functional resources, and lead project team members • Monitor project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, briefings, and executive-level updates • Facilitate project meetings and Agile/SAFe ceremonies; track action items and decisions • Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and escalate as needed • Coordinate with ServiceNow architects, developers, administrators, business analysts, testers, and Government stakeholders • Support requirements, release, deployment, and change-management activities across the ServiceNow implementation lifecycle • Ensure activities and deliverables align with contractual requirements, federal standards, security requirements, and organizational processes

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience supporting complex IT programs or projects • Demonstrated experience coordinating and completing projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and leading cross-functional teams • Strong experience with project planning and scheduling, risk and issue management, status reporting, resource coordination, and stakeholder management • Experience working in Agile and/or SAFe delivery environments • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – Required • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust • US Citizenship is required • Federal IT or ServiceNow implementation experience strongly preferred • Scrum Master, SAFe, or ServiceNow certifications are a plus
