📋 Description

• Lead strategy on a set of client accounts and projects • Run discovery on audiences, categories, competitors, and culture • Turn research into a strategic point of view • Write challenge briefs and creative briefs • Partner with creative teams through concepting and provide feedback to keep work on strategy • Build brand platforms, messaging frameworks, and campaign plans • Present strategy to clients and build trust with marketing teams • Direct and develop junior strategists supporting accounts • Help improve strategy processes across the agency

🎯 Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in brand or communications strategy at an agency or brand • Experience leading a project from brief through creative development • Clear writing and confident presentation skills • Comfort with data and ability to find stories in foot traffic, sales, and social listening • Understanding of how social and culture shape what people eat and where they go • Ability to use AI tools to work faster and check their output • Care about food, restaurants, and the people who eat there • Portfolio showing three to five projects led or shaped, such as brand platforms, campaign strategies, or creative briefs • Restaurant or food and beverage experience is a plus
