📋 Description

• Enhance customer satisfaction providing exceptional customer service • Completes installation of components and low voltage wiring on customer ceilings • Installation of localized and in tool ionization equipment • Completes maintenance of several types of static control systems • Schedules visits and installations with customers directly • Follows work instructions of service manager or senior field technician • Responsible for timely and accurate documenting and reporting of all service-related activities • Generates various customer reports • Exercise safe working practices and procedures at all times • May be required to work weekends and/or evenings depending on the needs of the company

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Experience working with hand tools • Ability to read, comprehend and interpret technical information involving mechanics and electronics • Basic knowledge of low voltage electrical systems • Focus on Quality • Strong customer service/relations skills • Detail Orientated • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Good time management, prioritization and follow-up skills • Tolerance for working in stressful situations • Excellent administrative and organizational skills • Sense of urgency • Experience with Microsoft office programs including Microsoft Word Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel • Trade school certificate or associate’s degree in maintenance or electronics related area preferred • Experience in Construction industry preferred, 2+ years of experience • Previous experience in clean room environments
