📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites to service and support Munters equipment • Diagnose equipment issues and complete necessary repairs • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting • Train customers on the safe and effective operation of standard Munters equipment • Prepare clear, detailed field service reports • Communicate professionally with customers in person, by phone, and in writing • Identify opportunities to support customers with additional service or equipment solutions • Work independently while delivering excellent customer service • Travel extensively to commercial and industrial customer locations

🎯 Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC, or a combination of relevant work experience and HVAC/R vocational training • Experience working with HVAC and refrigeration systems and components • Basic knowledge of electrical schematics • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and provide a high level of customer service • Ability to obtain CFC certification within 90 days of employment • High school diploma or equivalent • HVAC school, trade school, or equivalent technical training • Commercial or industrial HVAC/R experience preferred • PLC experience preferred • EPA Universal Section 608 certification preferred • CFC license or certification preferred • Additional technical or trade-school training preferred • Approximately 80% travel, including air travel and overnight stays • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, work occasional weekends or holidays, work outdoors in varied weather, work at heights of six feet or more, and use ladders, fall-protection equipment, and PPE • Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours per day; climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, and pull • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and occasionally exert up to 75 pounds of force • Ability to wear required safety equipment and use visual acuity to read technical information and work with computer systems • Successful completion of applicable pre-employment requirements, including a drug test and background check
