📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites to perform service and customer support • Safely repair, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and industrial dehumidification equipment • Diagnose and correct malfunctions on all equipment • Provide customer training on standard Munters equipment • Submit detailed field service reports with technical feedback on equipment • Communicate professionally with customers in person, writing, and by phone • Promote sales and service on company equipment • Travel extensively, approximately 80%

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or Equivalent • HVAC school or equivalent • English Language primary • 3-5 years’ experience in the commercial or industrial HVAC industry and/or a combination of work experience and the successful completion of HVAC/R vocational school • Ability to travel extensively 80% and ability to travel via plane • Able to obtain a CFC Certification within 90days of hire • Experience with HVAC/Refrigeration systems and components • PLC (Programmable Logical Controls) highly preferred • Strong Written and verbal communication skills needed • Basic knowledge of electrical schematics • Ability to work under pressure • Easy to work on team efforts • Results orientated • Self-motivated • Must be Honest and have integrity • Ability to Self-Manage • Strong Social awareness • Strong Relationship skills • Responsible for their own Decision making • Able to independently flex between competing priorities to keep improvement activities moving • Curious, life learner • Computer aptitude; Proficiency in Microsoft Office • HVAC/R with commercial/industrial experience • Technical skills or trade school • EPA Universal/608 • CFC License • Physical ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently/constantly • Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, and lift • Close visual acuity for data analysis, computer terminals, and reading • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs using proper lift techniques • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day • All offers contingent on a pre-employment drug test and background check
