📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact via phone • Manage multiple phone lines, triage calls, schedule appointments, take messages, and perform intake, follow-up, and reminder calls • Register new patients and collect and enter demographic, financial, insurance, and clinical data securely • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and procedures in eIVF • Assist patients with Patient Portal navigation and troubleshooting and Telemedicine consultations • Maintain and coordinate providers’ schedules • Liaise between physicians, clinical teams, and other practices to facilitate information flow and expedite visits • Work with billing to collect co-pays, appointment payments, and manage account balances • Prepare charts, scan, fax, and process outgoing medical records requests • Assist team members with voicemail setup and headset configuration • Uphold patient confidentiality, escalate concerns to supervisors, and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Minimum 1+ year reception or customer service experience in a similar remote or in-person role • Experience working in fertility, reproductive health, or related healthcare fields preferred • Familiarity with infertility treatments, terminology, and patient concerns preferred • Previous use of fertility-focused EMR systems like eIVF or similar platforms preferred • Ability to communicate complex medical information compassionately and clearly to patients navigating fertility care preferred • High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office proficiency • Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls and patient interactions professionally in a remote setting • Strong organizational skills with ability to plan, prioritize, and complete delegated tasks efficiently • Compassionate, caring approach when interacting with patients and colleagues • Professional, pleasant demeanor in a fast-paced environment • Must have a private, quiet, and HIPAA-compliant remote workspace
