📋 Description

• Answer and resolve patient inquiries within committed time frames • Assist patients with drug therapy and pharmacy care issues based on disease-state challenges • Promote drug compliance • Report adverse events related to drug therapy and pharmacy care • Establish and maintain customer relationships with physician practices and healthcare stakeholders • Participate in administering patients' pharmacy care plans • Troubleshoot and resolve patient and payer issues • Support other healthcare team members in a team-structured environment • Identify and communicate continuous quality improvement opportunities • Maintain current patient drug therapy and pharmacy care plan documentation • Flag issues requiring attention and coordinate responses with internal and external parties • Participate in case discussions with pharmacists, nursing services, pharmacy support managers, and pharmacy care coordinators • Perform related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Minimum two years of experience in a healthcare-related call center, physician's office, or social service environment • Preferred education in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations through a two-year associate degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education • Strong time management and organizational skills • Initiative, professional demeanor, and positive attitude • Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly • Self-motivated and proactive, with ability to work independently • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing • Ability to promote a positive team environment • Commitment to excellence, efficiency, and quality • Ability to collaborate with organizational professionals • Strong interpersonal skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
