📋 Description

• Design and implement standardized scorecards at the network, regional, center, and provider level • Own the rigor of performance review, from operating meetings through board reporting • Lead the identification and scaling of best practices across a distributed, physician-led organization • Partner with the CEO, Chief Growth Officer, CFO, Medical and Lab Directors, and the PE sponsor to build systems and capabilities that outlast any one individual • Translate KPI trends into root-cause investigations and concrete improvement plans • Influence physician leaders, lab directors, and center managers without direct authority over them • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations or operational excellence, ideally in multi-site, specialty care, or PE-backed environments • Demonstrated track record building performance frameworks and process standards across distributed organizations • Experience in reproductive medicine or women's health preferred • Prior PE-backed platform experience preferred • Lean Six Sigma credentials a plus
