• Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative evaluations measuring the effectiveness and impact of JA USA educational programs, assessments, and strategic initiatives • Develop and implement evaluation methodologies, research designs, assessment instruments, and data collection processes for formative and summative evaluation • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistical software and analytical tools to identify trends and evaluate outcomes • Translate evaluation results into practical information supporting program improvement, strategic planning, grant reporting, and organizational decision-making • Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and other data summaries for organizational leaders, internal teams, and JA Area Offices • Provide consultation, training, and technical support on evaluation practices, survey administration, assessment methodologies, and assessment platforms • Develop, maintain, and improve evaluation resources, datasets, coding documentation, reporting tools, and internal research processes • Design and validate assessment instruments against validity and reliability standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research initiatives, organizational reporting, grant-related evaluation, and strategic planning • Support business processes, departmental communications, knowledge management, and evaluation documentation • Perform additional evaluation, research, and organizational support responsibilities as assigned
• Master's degree in quantitative methods, statistics, educational research, evaluation, social sciences, or a related field emphasizing quantitative and qualitative research methodologies • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience conducting program evaluation, educational research, or applied research within education, nonprofit, or related environments • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing quantitative and qualitative research methodologies • Experience developing assessment instruments, conducting statistical analyses, and interpreting research findings • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and data storytelling skills • Ability to communicate technical research findings to audiences with varying levels of evaluation experience • Proficiency using statistical software such as R, SPSS, SAS, or comparable analytical platforms • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to deliver presentations, facilitate training, and consult with diverse stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future • For this remote position, must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and throughout employment
