📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business needs from stakeholders • Translate business needs into business requirements documents for development teams • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify improvement, automation, and optimization opportunities • Design and develop system solutions, including process flows, use cases, and data models • Collaborate with development teams, quality assurance, and project managers throughout the SDLC • Create test plans and perform system testing • Coordinate user acceptance testing and provide ongoing support for implemented systems • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned business domains and systems • Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities • Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and Jabil's evolving business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within a manufacturing or global enterprise environment • Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, system design, and implementation methodologies • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall • Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP ECC, and enterprise applications such as Critical Manufacturing MES, Windchill PLM, and Agile PLM is highly desirable • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and Generative AI • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • CBAP, CCBA, or PMP certification is a plus
