📋 Description

• Facilitate and lead strategic initiatives for large and high-complexity projects, including customer-specific projects and large product introductions or transfers • Provide management and guidance to multifunctional project teams and other Project Managers • Manage and enhance customer relationships • Maintain accountability for project schedules, management, performance requirements, budgets, cost, quality and scope • Gather, understand and translate project requirements and objectives into execution plans • Build teams and align milestones, goals and objectives across functional areas and stakeholders • Collaborate with customers from requirements gathering through product acceptance • Review project schedules and provide guidance and motivation to project teams • Interface with customers, vendors, stakeholders and sponsors • Develop project plans, integrated plans and risk analyses with mitigation actions • Track KPIs, project information, milestone status and performance against baselines • Drive project and program tasks to completion according to schedule • Forecast project budgets, resource capacity and HR needs • Report project status, issues, solutions, variances and corrective actions • Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting, analysis and metrics management • Coach others through difficult decision-making situations • Work with communications, stakeholders and management to evaluate business impact and effectiveness • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 12 years of work-related experience in project management or a related discipline • Equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience accepted • Knowledge of Jabil operating policies and procedures • Expert knowledge of Jabil’s culture and guiding principles • Ability to navigate country cultures, company divisions and internal hierarchies • Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), and email • Must comply with company security policies
