📋 Description

• Develop detailed cost estimates for trade shows, exhibits, experiential environments, branded activations, and permanent installations • Review proposals, renderings, CAD drawings, specifications, and design documentation to complete quantity take-offs and evaluate project costs • Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Design, Production, and Fabrication teams to clarify project scope, validate assumptions, and identify cost considerations • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value-engineering solutions while maintaining design intent and quality standards • Obtain and evaluate pricing from suppliers and fabrication partners to support accurate estimates and project feasibility • Maintain estimating tools, cost databases, and pricing resources • Prepare estimates and supporting documentation for internal reviews and client-facing presentations • Review project requirements, historical costs, and production data to improve estimating accuracy • Communicate estimate assumptions, exclusions, and potential risks to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of estimating experience within exhibits, experiential marketing, custom fabrication, museums, themed environments, retail displays, or permanent corporate installations • Strong understanding of custom millwork, metal fabrication, construction methodologies, and production and installation processes • Experience reviewing and interpreting architectural drawings, CAD files, technical design documents, construction details, and fabrication drawings • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities • Customer-focused mindset with exceptional collaboration skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present estimate assumptions, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders • Business-savvy decision making and commercial awareness • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office applications • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, industry experience, and technical expertise
