📋 Description

• Serve as a point-of-contact for hire data integrity, hire forms and workflows, and employee and manager onboarding inquiries • Collect, organize, and review new hire onboarding paperwork for accuracy and completeness • Track and audit background checks, I-9, and E-Verify documentation • Maintain and update status reports and provide updates for HR and retail leadership • Flag delayed onboarding issues and follow up with employees and managers • Communicate and collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, management, and other support personnel • Conduct file audits to ensure new hire records are compliant • Train leaders on using the HRIS and onboarding paperwork

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of HRIS or Onboarding experience • Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) • Experience using UKG preferred, but not required • Experience meeting deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in various systems simultaneously • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential employee matters • Capability to work in an unstructured, sometimes ambiguous environment • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States • PTIN Certification: Yes
