📋 Description

• Serve as a subject-matter expert for nuclear medicine software, workflows, and clinical applications. • Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, technical presentations, and customer training. • Translate clinical and workflow requirements into practical application guidance. • Support sales teams, strategic accounts, partners, and product integrations. • Troubleshoot application-related issues in collaboration with Service, Engineering, and Product Management. • Gather customer feedback and communicate product needs, market trends, and competitive insights. • Develop training materials and represent the company at conferences, workshops, and user meetings. • Provide occasional backup support for nuclear medicine hardware applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Nuclear medicine experience and clinical workflow knowledge required. • Experience supporting clinical or healthcare software applications required. • Strong presentation, training, and customer-facing communication skills. • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to clinical, technical, and executive audiences. • Experience with software demonstrations, implementations, or pre-sales support preferred. • Familiarity with nuclear medicine instrumentation is a plus. • Ability to travel for customer meetings, training, and industry events.
