📋 Description

• Complete pre- and post-meeting tasks, including agenda creation, note-taking, and action item tracking • Manage and oversee operational workflows for efficient and accurate client transactions • Support and process trades in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies • Maintain regulatory compliance • Complete or obtain required licenses within six months if not already licensed • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational processes and enhance client service • Support the growing financial advisory practice • Potentially progress into a client-facing advisor role

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must reside in CST or EST • Experience in financial services operations • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Excellent communication and follow-through on action items • Familiarity with financial transactions, trading, and compliance requirements • Required licenses (series 7, 66, Life and Health) or willingness to obtain them within six months • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems, financial platforms, and remote collaboration tools • Detail-oriented and proactive
