📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with federal and state securities laws • Prepare and review all SEC filings • Maintain governance policies and practices • Advise on executive compensation and investor relations • Collaborate with various departments on legal matters • Support capital markets transaction activities • Assist with corporate governance

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from accredited law school • Licensed to practice law in the U.S. • Minimum 7 years of combined experience in-house and/or with a law firm • Experience with a biotech or pharmaceutical company preferred • Self-motivated, proactive, and strategic • Ability to multi-task and pivot in a fast-moving environment • Strong organizational and project management skills
