📋 Description

• Perform warranty field service tasks, including inspections and repairs of window and door products • Document service activities and maintain accurate records • Prepare detailed service reports with photos and descriptions • Maintain tools and service vehicle • Operate company vehicle safely • Attend and document water tests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs • Follow safety rules and participate in the Accident Prevention Program • Manage the schedule for timely arrival and task preparedness • Maintain professional interactions with customers and team members • Travel by plane, car, or other means as necessary • Communicate effectively and collaborate with others • Submit expense reports on time

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Experience in production or servicing vinyl windows and doors • Proficiency in using hand and power tools • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs., climb, lift, pull, and perform tasks on ladders and scaffolding • Computer proficiency, including Office 365 • Dependable, self-motivated, and problem-solving skills • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills • Boom lift certification preferred • 3+ years’ experience in servicing vinyl windows and doors preferred • Experience observing and performing window water tests preferred • Willingness to work indoors and outdoors year-round in varying weather • Comfortable working at heights above 50 feet • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays and frequent overtime
