📋 Description

• Configure, program, and test credit card terminals before deployment • Verify terminal setup, functionality, and deployment readiness • Assist deployment technicians with terminal-related issues during deployments • Support Client Services with credit card terminal issues • Collaborate with external technical support teams on terminal configuration and functionality • Identify and communicate recurring terminal issues and setup concerns • Conduct quality assurance checks on 360 Pro systems and peripheral hardware • Prepare, package, label, and document 360 Pro systems and deployment equipment • Confirm required equipment, accessories, labels, documentation, and materials are included • Identify and correct common pre-deployment issues • Complete assigned field installs each month • Perform onsite installations involving POS systems, payment terminals, printers, scanners, and related hardware • Support field technicians with equipment setup, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Communicate field observations to improve staging, configuration, labeling, documentation, and packaging • Support warehouse operations including packaging, labeling, organizing, and shipping equipment • Serve as backup for the Warehouse Clerk and Assembler • Communicate equipment issues, missing components, and deployment concerns to management • Follow checklists, procedures, and quality standards • Assist Level I technicians with routine questions and proper preparation and deployment standards

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in POS, field installation, technical support, or a related technical environment • Fundamental understanding of computer systems and hardware • Proficiency with basic network configuration, including IP settings • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Ability to complete staging, configuration, testing, packaging, and quality control work with limited supervision • Ability to perform standard field deployment assignments • Self-motivated and proactive approach to learning, task completion, and issue resolution • Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities • Ability to follow direction and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision • Ability to work professionally with management, deployment technicians, warehouse staff, and Client Services • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted • Valid Texas driver's license • Successful pre-employment drug screening required
