📋 Description

• Lead operational sales efforts aligned with regional strategies, leveraging Value Selling principles and Funnel Management • Design and implement technical solutions across security risk management, security design, threat violence risk management, protective intelligence collection and analysis, investigations, and related services • Cultivate and manage client relationships through effective communication, thought leadership, and responsive support to drive business growth in security risk management and investigations • Establish credibility with clients and foster collaboration to apply enterprise risk management practices across sectors including energy, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, leisure and hospitality, and education • Maintain technical expertise by performing billable work and delivering high-quality outputs • Drive revenue, foster collaboration, deliver value to clients, maintain high utilization rates of 40–50%, promote innovation, and support high-performance team dynamics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred • 10 years of professional experience in corporate or government security programs, encompassing management, coordination, and contribution to multiple security risk management projects across diverse geographical areas • Active involvement in esteemed security organizations such as ASIS or ISMA advantageous • Certifications like CPP or PSP, or relevant training certifications from the U.S. government advantageous • Proven track record in technical consulting, client relationship management, and business development within professional services • Advanced communication, presentation, and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail • Self-motivated team player with strong personal and professional ethics • Professional credentials (PE, CPP, PSP), manufacturer certifications, and active security clearance preferred • Travel up to 25% as needed • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, innovative, and results-driven environment
