📋 Description

• Perform advanced troubleshooting for complex cloud issues, including priority 1 incidents, service failures, performance-related issues, and cross-functional escalations • Perform test and production upgrades on hosted systems for applications in the Jenzabar One ecosystem • Collaborate cross-functionally to assist hosted customers • Provide root cause analysis, detailed incident reports, and post-mortem analysis • Drive process improvements and automation within Cloud Services • Provide customer support for cloud-related incidents • Support SQL Server configuration, troubleshooting, and T-SQL scripting • Support the Jenzabar One application stack • Serve as an escalation point for Cloud Operations Specialist I and II, Application Support, and NOC teams • Provide onboarding training, guidance, and mentorship to junior Cloud Operations Specialists • Develop documentation, standards, processes, knowledgebase articles, and checklists • Complete other duties assigned by Cloud Services leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in a cloud or systems administration role • Ability to work 2nd shift EST hours • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, networking, automation tools, and security • Familiarity with one or more scripting languages (e.g. T-SQL, PowerShell, Python) • Expert troubleshooting skills and ability to solve complex cloud-related problems • Knowledge of DevOps practices and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker and Kubernetes) desirable • Cloud solution training/certifications desirable • Ability to work independently and in a team • Ability to assist in onboarding and mentoring junior staff members • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Jenzabar does not sponsor applicants for work visas
