📋 Description

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers • Process service requests, including adding or removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents • Answer questions regarding existing insurance policies, coverages, and policy benefits • Make changes to existing policies • Retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation • Work with Jerry's portfolio of 55+ insurance carrier partners and products

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities • Passion for helping others • 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for full-time hourly employment • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must have or indicate status of a valid P&C license; Jerry.ai will pay for the license if needed, expected within 60 days after starting
