📋 Description

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok • Develop Jerry's community-specific engagement playbook • Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities • Build scalable content and engagement strategies while preserving authenticity • Leverage AI where it helps • Collaborate with Growth and Content teams for cross-channel consistency • Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation • Represent Jerry authentically and build trust with current and future users

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in community management or organic social • Ideally experience in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated category • Ability to write authentically across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora • Understanding of SEO • Understanding of how LLMs cite sources • Proven ability to make boring or stressful categories feel human, authentic, and worth following • Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Must be able to provide a resume and LinkedIn Profile URL • Required social media work sample
