📋 Description

• Own day-to-day delivery across the Digital Products portfolio for HUD • Scope and prioritize work across concurrent projects • Coordinate subject-matter-expert and client contributors • Remove team blockers and own timelines and deliverables • Communicate progress with clients and leadership • Define roles and recruit, onboard, and mentor team members • Oversee professional development and AI-assisted workflows • Understand complex problem spaces and develop solutions, product concepts, and prototypes • Translate concepts and prototypes into buildable plans and requirements • Ensure tools are built to vision and meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards • Manage subject-matter-expert and user testing • Guide products through federal security, accessibility, and technical-readiness reviews and approvals • Coordinate with platform, infrastructure, and government partners • Own project budgets and financial management across the portfolio • Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient completion of committed deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum 10 years of experience in project or product delivery, program management, or client management • Experience managing teams, budgets, and client deliverables • Minimum 5 years supporting HUD • Knowledge of HUD programs • Experience supporting federal technical assistance • Minimum 5 years managing delivery of digital products or tools from concept through launch • Willingness to travel on occasion • Familiarity with modern development workflows • Willingness to work in an AI-assisted delivery model and use AI tools directly • Experience with federal contract financial management • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills • Strong leadership and team-building skills • Ability to manage competing and evolving priorities • Ability to work with internal staff, outside clients, and project stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams • Comfortable in a remote team environment
