📋 Description

• Own the Career Creator Network experience from first touch through long-term engagement • Design and run community rituals, programming, and touchpoints • Host WorkStream recurring virtual co-working sessions • Build community energy that generates organic referrals and word-of-mouth growth • Travel quarterly to creator events and/or the NYC office to represent Jobstream • Study platform usage and identify behavioral gaps • Design platform experiences, programs, nudges, challenges, and incentive structures • Partner with product to translate behavioral insights into platform features and UX improvements on CreatorpreneurOS™ • Build onboarding flows and milestone moments to accelerate creators’ first wins • Own the creator journey through the first 90 days • Monitor platform data to identify at-risk creators and breakout potential, intervening early • Conduct scalable but personal creator check-ins and touchpoints • Advise creators on commission structures, content strategy, and platform tools • Configure and manage CRM, email, community, and social-listening tools • Onboard partnership- and integration-acquired segments into the platform • Collaborate with the tech team on platform changes improving activation and engagement • Maintain reporting dashboards tracking community health metrics • Troubleshoot, test, and iterate within the technology stack • Advocate internally for creator needs and convert feedback into actionable insights • Shape warm, credible, peer-level creator communications

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, genuine familiarity with the creator economy and content monetization • Hands-on experience with commission-based or affiliate monetization platforms; ShopMy, LTK, or similar strongly preferred • Strong instincts for behavioral design • Technically comfortable implementing tools and configuring automations • Warm, credible community presence • Full-time availability with East Coast hours • Open to quarterly travel to events and/or NYC • 3–5 years of experience in creator community, creator success, influencer marketing, or a closely related role • Community-led growth fluency, including social media algorithms and monetization models • Experience with CRM tools, email automation, community platforms such as Circle, Discord, or Slack, social listening, and basic analytics dashboards • Comfortable learning new tools quickly • Clear, warm, authentic written communication • Self-starter mindset suited to a startup environment
