📋 Description

• Own and manage the Nursa Community platform, including moderating discussions, surfacing questions, driving engagement, and supporting customer audiences • Evolve the community platform and grow engagement and regular active users • Identify trends and community conversations and execute on-brand content • Use artificial intelligence tools to design automated systems and streamline content production • Connect with users, collect success stories, and analyze feedback to improve experiences • Design and create user enablement content for marketing channels • Launch programs to foster user engagement across community and other channels • Partner with marketing, product, operations, and other cross-functional teams • Develop and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels • Monitor social replies and comments and participate in relevant healthcare and staffing conversations • Capture and produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms • Write social-native copy for nurses, CNAs, and healthcare facility partners • Track and report community and social performance and use data to inform strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in customer experience, community management, marketing, or a related role is strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to own a social media strategy end-to-end • Deep familiarity with using AI to amplify skills and improve efficiency and impact • Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and Facebook • Short-form video production and editing skills, including fast cuts, captions, and hooks • Strong, platform-aware copywriting • Familiarity with community platforms such as Invision Community, Canva, and video editing tools is preferred • High responsiveness and a bias toward execution • Healthcare, healthcare staffing, or marketplace platform experience is a plus • Legally authorized to work in the United States
