📋 Description

• Support programs connecting the Community Team to key business and brand initiatives • Work closely with Senior Program Leads and Strategists to inform program strategy • Ensure strategies remain aligned with business priorities throughout each program • Develop project plans based on program strategy • Create detailed schedules, timelines, and budgets • Schedule regular working-team meetings, take notes, and track action items • Track project progress and prepare status reports • Document learnings and share best practices across teams • Manage program performance and measurement • Collaborate with the BizOps team to connect the Global Program Team to internal tools and processes • Build team culture and skills through internal programs • Define systems and operations that extend to other Project Managers • Mentor and guide other Project Managers on best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in project management • Strong organizational and time-management skills with extraordinary attention to detail • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana) • Experience with budget tracking and vendor management • Fluency in AI tools to optimize workflows • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects • Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations • Able to work autonomously when given direction • Experience in a fast-paced environment and proactively operates with a bias for action • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity • Willingness to work PST hours
