📋 Description

• Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Learn and match customers with suitable insurance companies and coverage • Become deeply knowledgeable about the Jerry app • Solve problems that remove barriers between customers and the right coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the product

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Full-time employees must currently reside in eligible locations: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for hourly roles • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Valid P&C license is asked about in the application form
