📋 Description

• Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, qualifying discounts, and renewal changes • Answer inbound calls from policyholders • Learn and navigate Jerry's insurance product and panel of insurance companies • Resolve customer inquiries effectively • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Full-time employees must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must have or answer whether you have a valid P&C license • Ability to work as a full-time employee
