📋 Description

• Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from policyholders needing changes • Develop deep knowledge of insurance products, insurance carriers, and the Jerry.ai app • Resolve customer inquiries through problem solving • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for full-time hourly employment • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Valid P&C license status requested; the employer can pay for the license if the candidate does not have one
