📋 Description

• Own the analytical function end-to-end for an embedded business unit • Support Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships • Define business problems, questions, and decision objectives • Define metrics and build reports • Run analyses and design experiments • Surface insights that improve key business metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommend next steps • Drive analytical decisions and execution from end to end

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills • Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada
