📋 Description

• Connect with inbound customers who began their search in Jerry’s app • Build trust and engage customers over the phone • Uncover policy nuances, hidden discounts, and coverage gaps across 55+ carrier options • Translate complex insurance details into clear, understandable choices • Listen to customer hesitations and resolve concerns empathetically • Help customers finalize their ideal insurance policy on the spot • Maintain positive, personal, and effortless customer interactions while multitasking in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a high-standard retail, hospitality, or experience-driven environment • Premier retail or customer-service background, such as Apple Store, Microsoft, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney, or Costco • Upbeat attitude and strong active listening skills • Ability to connect naturally with people • Comfort navigating internal tools and insurance platforms while maintaining a warm conversation • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employment • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must have a valid P&C license, or complete the company-funded licensing training and exam • Ability to work full-time • LinkedIn profile URL and resume required for application
