• Connect with inbound customers who started their search in the app • Build trust and engage customers over the phone • Explain complex insurance details clearly • Uncover policy nuances, discounts, and coverage gaps across 55+ carrier options • Listen to customer concerns and resolve hesitations empathetically • Help customers finalize their insurance policy on the spot • Deliver tailored advice and peace of mind

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a high-standard retail, hospitality, or experience-driven environment • Premier customer-service background, such as Apple Store, Microsoft, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney, or Costco • Upbeat attitude and strong active listening skills • Ability to connect naturally with people • Comfort navigating internal tools and insurance platforms while multitasking • Must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • P&C license application question is included; the company funds licensing training and exam costs
