📋 Description

• Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Learn the insurance product panel and match customers with suitable insurance companies • Develop deep knowledge of Jerry’s evolving app and help customers navigate it • Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide customer feedback to help improve the product • Work as a member of the Customer Operations team across sales and service paths

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required • Friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Full-time hourly applicants must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is requested • A valid P&C license is asked about in the application; candidates without one may have it paid for by Jerry.ai
