📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult with customers on their insurance needs • Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand • Connect customers to suitable insurance products • Work with policyholders in office or from home environments • Complete paid training and insurance licensing • Handle incoming warm leads without cold calls • Work four weekdays and one weekend day according to assigned shift options • Maintain a compliant work-at-home workspace and internet connection

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in one of the specified eligible U.S. states • 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2–3 years of sales experience preferred • Property & Casualty Insurance license required after hire • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills • Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency • Availability to work four weekdays and one weekend day • Ability to work assigned shifts: 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m. EST, 12:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m. EST, or 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m. EST • Professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk • Wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speed • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
