📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult with customers on their insurance needs • Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand • Connect customers with products suited to their individual needs • Provide customer-focused sales service • Work a schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day • Complete paid remote training and licensing • Maintain a compliant work-at-home workspace and internet setup

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2–3 years of sales experience preferred • Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills • Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities • PC proficiency • Availability to work four weekdays and one weekend day • Professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk • Wired cable, fiber, or DSL high-speed internet • Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
