📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional, consultative insurance experiences that build long-term customer trust • Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance • Uncover customer savings opportunities and coverage gaps • Educate customers by translating complex policy details into clear choices • Craft tailored policy packages across Jerry's 55+ carrier partners • Finalize and bind coverage • Address customer hesitation and concerns to support a smooth, transparent purchase • Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and service offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments • Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills • Passion for helping people • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service and attention to detail • Ability to handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance • Ability to translate complex policy details into clear, easy-to-understand choices • P&C license expected within 2 weeks after starting; licensing cost is fully funded • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship requirements addressed in application
