📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance • Deliver exceptional, consultative customer experiences • Identify customer savings opportunities and coverage gaps • Translate complex policy details into clear choices • Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners • Finalize and bind insurance coverage • Address customer concerns and hesitation empathetically • Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and services

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments • Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail • P&C license expected within 2 weeks after starting; licensing cost fully funded by Jerry.ai • Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for this full-time hourly role • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
