📋 Description

• Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, qualifying discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Learn the insurance product panel and match customers with suitable insurers • Become highly knowledgeable about Jerry.ai’s evolving app • Solve problems and remove barriers to obtaining appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the product • Work as a member of the Customer Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employment • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Valid P&C license asked about in the application; license is not required because Jerry.ai will pay for it if needed
