📋 Description

• Contact warm leads to schedule appointments • Help families review coverage options and apply for protection • Support applications through underwriting until families are fully covered • Serve approximately 3–5 families per week • Participate in an online, work-from-home sales process using data-driven systems and warm inbound leads

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required • Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one • Computer and phone to service clients • Reliable internet connection • Comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment • Comfortable with 100% commission-based income • Disciplined and accountable • Honest and confident in communication • Passionate about helping families make sound financial decisions • Willing to grow into leadership over time • Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events
