📋 Description

• Complete paid pre-licensing training for a Property & Casualty insurance license • Support customers by phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries • Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates • Navigate underwriting questions and explain insurance protection to clients • Ensure transactions comply with industry regulations and internal quality standards • Transition from trainee to licensed P&C insurance professional

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service background • Call center experience is a plus • Ability to pass a background check • Commitment to the full 8-week training schedule • Ability to take the state exam in the greater Houston, Texas area • Wired internet service installed directly into the home: cable, fiber-optic, or DSL broadband • Direct Ethernet connection from the Qualfon computer to the home router or modem • No wireless-only internet, cellular/mobile hotspots, fixed wireless, satellite internet, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi extenders, mesh systems, or boosters • Proof of internet service provider and service required upon hire • Must pass the state exam to enter the licensed phase
